In the production of IS-KA adjustable telescopic steel props, pipes made of S235 quality structural steel certified with TS EN 10219-1 are used. The production line for telescopic steel prop components is certified with TS EN 1090-2 quality standards. The welding method used is ‘135(MAG)’, and the system has TS EN ISO 3834-2 quality certification. The holes in the inner pipes that form the IS-KA telescopic prop system are drilled using a hydraulic press. The adjustable telescopic steel prop system consists of five basic elements and can be easily used for floors of various heights and geometries. Additional components such as three-legged stands, U-heads, and four-way heads are used with the prop system. IS-KA’s adjustable telescopic prop system is designed to allow for work at different heights. By adjusting the spacing between the vertical supports (telescopic props), the load is safely transferred.

Compared to other types of formwork under load scaffolding systems, the telescopic prop system requires less labor and offers faster manufacturing. Products can be made without paint, painted, electro-galvanized, or hot-dip galvanized (F1-F3-F4-F5). Class A and B adjustable telescopic steel prop systems are designed with open threads (D0).
